
Transport for NSW Transport Access Program
Stonepath provide program management services to Transport for NSW's Transport Access Program (TAP). The strategic objective of the Transport Access Program is to provide a better experience for public transport customers by delivering accessible, modern, secure and integrated transport infrastructure where it is needed most.
The program aims to provide:

Stations that are accessible to the disabled, ageing and parents with prams.

Modern buildings and facilities for all modes that meet the needs of a growing population.

Modern interchanges that support an integrated network and allow seamless transfers between all modes for all customers.

Safety improvements including extra lighting, help points, fences and security measures for car parks and interchanges, including stations, bus stops and wharves.

Signage improvements so customers can more easily use public transport and transfer between modes at interchanges.

Other improvements and maintenance such as painting, new fencing and roof replacements.

The services provided coordination of the development of over 500 projects within the Transport Access Program including:

coordination of scope and concept design development

coordination of project cost estimates

business case assurance

resolution of investment gating issues

drafting papers to Transport for NSW's Finance Investment Committee

contribution towards budget papers and Total Asset Management submissions

stakeholder engagement, including Transport Strategy, Program Delivery, Parliamentary Services, Customer Services Division, Sydney Trains and Roads and Maritime Services
-
ensuring readiness of projects for delivery and referral to delivery agencies such as Transport Project Division, Sydney Trains and Roads and Maritime Services.
