CASE STUDIES
Previous Stonepath engagements include:

SYDNEY METRO WESTERN SYDNEY AIRPORT
The transport spine for Greater Western Sydney, connecting communities and travellers with the new Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport and the growing region. The city-shaping project, from St Marys through to the new airport and the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, will provide a major economic stimulus for western Sydney, creating more than 14,000 jobs during construction for the NSW and national economies.
TRANSPORT PROJECT COLLABORATIVE CONTRACTING
The Collaborative Contracting branch of Transport for NSW manages a suite of contracts that includes commercial mechanisms for risk sharing, and gainshare/painshare. This is in stark contrast to design and construct contracts, which are often referred to as hard dollar contracts. Many of the projects administered by this area are program and project alliances that total several billion dollars. Projects that are particularly suited to collaborative style contracts are ones that have a high degree of complexity and/or uncertainty in relation to scope, cost or schedule.
